{"id":1129,"date":"2022-04-11T16:26:20","date_gmt":"2022-04-11T14:26:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fguuniversita.unical.it\/?p=1129"},"modified":"2022-04-11T16:26:20","modified_gmt":"2022-04-11T14:26:20","slug":"forte-crescita-della-fgu-gilda-dipartimento-universita-nelle-elezioni-rsu-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fguuniversita.unical.it\/?p=1129","title":{"rendered":"FORTE CRESCITA DELLA FGU GILDA DIPARTIMENTO UNIVERSIT\u00c0 NELLE ELEZIONI RSU 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Aumenta ancora il consenso per la FGU GILDA Dipartimento Universit\u00e0<\/strong> in questa tornata elettorale per il rinnovo delle RSU, <strong>una crescita anche fin oltre ogni pi\u00f9 rosea previsione che ha premiato il nostro sindacato con oltre il 20% di consensi in pi\u00f9<\/strong> rispetto anche al pi\u00f9 che lusinghiero risultato delle precedenti elezioni del 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ringraziamo i colleghi e le colleghe che votandoci hanno creduto in noi e riposto la loro fiducia nei nostri candidati e candidate, ringraziamo tutti i nostri candidati per l&#8217;impegno profuso che ha consentito di raggiungere questo ottimo risultato<\/strong>, la campagna elettorale \u00e8 stata intensa e impegnativa, ma svolta con garbo, stile e correttezza, cui tutti hanno contribuito in diversa misura ma con lo stesso obiettivo da raggiungere, per cui possiamo affermare che <strong>il <\/strong><strong>nostro \u00e8 stato indubbiamente un successo di squadra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Questo risultato pi\u00f9 che lusinghiero<\/strong> \u00e8 una chiara scelta che i lavoratori e le lavoratrici hanno fatto a sostegno del nostro modello sindacale, autonomo, responsabile, pragmatico, da sempre esente da influenze ideologiche, che ha fatto del dialogo sia con la parte datoriale che con tutte le altre OO.SS. uno dei punti fondanti della nostra missione.<\/p>\n<p>Il fatto stesso che, nonostante i disagi causati dalla pandemia non ancora risolta, l\u2019ancora pi\u00f9 grave disagio economico dovuto al mancato rinnovo di un CCNL ormai gi\u00e0 scaduto nel 2021 e soprattutto all\u2019inflazione che ha ricominciato a falcidiare i magri stipendi, ci sia stata una risposta cos\u00ec forte di partecipazione, lascia ben sperare anche per il futuro perch\u00e9 sicuramente saremo chiamati ad azioni rivendicative importanti, soprattutto, come diciamo noi da tanti anni, per rivedere i meccanismi perversi che portano ad aumenti contrattuali uguali per tutti in percentuale ma che ricadono per il PTAB in misura sfavorevole a causa delle buste paga pi\u00f9 leggere, rispetto agli altri settori del pubblico impiego.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I nostri RSU eletti<\/strong>, nei limiti del possibile, cercheranno anche di ovviare a questo deficit di finanziamento del CCNL di settore con la contrattazione di secondo livello, al fine di reperire risorse dai bilanci degli Atenei per dare ristoro alle necessit\u00e0 delle famiglie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In contrattazione con il MUR cercheremo di mettere dei paletti sulla spendita dei 50 milioni stanziati nel bilancio dello Stato<\/strong> con destinazione specifica per il personale del Comparto e vigileremo che dalla parte datoriale non si tentino dei colpi di mano per dirottare queste risorse che abbiamo strappato con le unghie e con i denti, per altri impieghi che non sia quello di un reale ed effettivo incentivo al personale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manterremo tutti gli impegni assunti<\/strong> nella campagna elettorale per il rinnovo delle RSU, il maggiore consenso e la fiducia che sono stati riposti in noi saranno ben impiegati per rappresentare e tutelare gli interessi dei lavoratori e delle lavoratrici.<\/p>\n<p>Un grazie di cuore,<\/p>\n<p>La Segreteria Nazionale e tutti gli eletti RSU FGU GILDA Universit\u00e0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aumenta ancora il consenso per la FGU GILDA Dipartimento Universit\u00e0 in questa tornata elettorale per il rinnovo delle RSU, una crescita anche fin oltre ogni pi\u00f9 rosea previsione che ha premiato il nostro sindacato con oltre il 20% di consensi in pi\u00f9 rispetto anche al pi\u00f9 che lusinghiero risultato delle precedenti elezioni del 2018.
